Customers are satisfied with the Bamboo Stylus Solo's ease of use, lightweight design, and relatively low price. Many appreciate its compatibility with various devices and the accuracy of its writing. However, some users find the tip to be too soft and have experienced issues with the cap staying on securely, while others note that it requires more pressure than expected for optimal performance.

Just what I was looking for

I was looking for a stylus for taking notes in class on my iPad. I purchased the Wacom Bamboo FineLine Stylus for a decent bit of money more than I really wanted to, but I thought it would be a nice stylus for the job. It was an okay stylus. It was cool that it paired with the iPad and I could just push the button on the stylus to start erasing, but the accuracy was disappointing to me. So, I figured that maybe if I just spent a little more to get the Wacom Intuos Creative Stylus 2, that the accuracy would be better. I was still unimpressed. DISCLAIMER: I was writing using the Bamboo Paper app, which I thought would be best with Bamboo products. So it is possible they are better with other apps. So I started looking into styluses that did not have the bluetooth tech in them. Everything I found only had rubber tips, and I had already tried one with a rubber tip and it was just too slow because it stuck to the screen. THEN I found this stylus with a carbon fiber tip! It writes smoothly on a touch screen, and if you use the Bamboo Paper app, it already attempts palm rejection, so that actually works fairly well. It is small, and not too expensive and works great! The accuracy is so much better than that of the more expensive styluses. This stylus is so great! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylus. It has a replaceable nib. I haven't had to replace mine yet, but I have looked at them. I think you can get 2 for $10, which isn't too bad. I love this stylus!

A wonderful stylus with one minor flaw.

I found that this stylus is much, much nicer than the ones that I've been using.
The tip just seems to slide across the surface of my iPad with a great deal less friction than any other stylus that I've used before. It makes the experience much more pleasing than using the lower quality styli that I've paid a few dollars less for. The extra five dollars that you'll spend on this stylus is well worth it.
The one flaw is the cap. When using the stylus, the cap can be placed on the non - tip end...but it doesn't snap on. That means that it occasionally falls off when you are using it. No doubt that the makers thought a gentle push would keep tightly in place, but I've had the cap come off several times. If Bamboo fixes this problem, it's a five star stylus in my eyes!

This stylus does what it needs to do. The tip isn't too squishy, a bit firm but I do find myself having to press down quite a bit to make contact. I have a gentle and light hand so this makes it a bit difficult for me to write. I get the same results with my dads 1$ stylus.

These sticks (pens) are light weight and easy and simple to use. Great when signing paper documents feels like you are using a real pen. Easy for younger kids to grasp and use while playing a game. Wishing they came with a holder so we would not misplace all the time.

I had the previous bamboo stylus and it was good, except for the rubber tip breaking every 2 weeks!! I've had this stylus now for about a month and has not broke at all it's also an easier stylus to draw with and find it very comfortable.

The stylus pens are excellent for ease of use. In addition, they are lightweight and attractive. Have attached one to my IPad and leave one in my car for use when travelling.

I like this stylus, the newest of several I have used. I like the idea of a replacement for the rubber bulb. It is attractive and has a good feel and weight.

If you're looking for a good affordable stylus, look no further. This stylus is durable yet lightweight, works on most touchscreen devices (tested with an iPad Mini and a Galaxy S4), has replaceable tips and a cap to protect the tip when not in use.

We purchased this when our daughter picked out her HP Envy touch screen notebook/tablet - she likes to draw and wanted a pen/brush to use on the screen. This pen was a bit more expensive than the pens I've purchased to use with other touch-screen devices before, but it tracks smoothly across the screen. (My cheaper rubber tipped ones could grab or loose contact depending on how they were used.)
She enjoys using this with the drawing/painting program that comes with Windows 8.1 - much easier to use than a finger tip.

The Wacom - Bamboo Stylus Solo is works well on my ipad air. For under $20, it works great. It glides very nicely on screen and I love using it with illustration programs and as a general stylus. The Wacom Bamboo stylus is not pressure sensitive. If you want a pressure sensitive stylus, this may not the stylus for you.

I bought this to use on my iPhone 6+ and it works great. I reviewed many before my purchase, but overall I am very satisfied with this one. I am an artist and considered the intuos creative stylus, but I'm glad I chose this one, being that I'm a huge fan of Wacom products. Great price, too.

This is my second Wacom stylus (also own a Fineline). Love the quality of the overall product. Especially the carbon fiber nubs and the fact they are replaceable. Don't waste time buying the cheapest stylus. Spend the extra $10 bucks and it'll pay for itself over the long haul. Trust me, I use it heavily too with graphic arts. Great for the casual user and artist alike.

Never used a stylus before but decided to buy one after seeing my brother navigate his iPhone with one. Primarily use with iPad. Does make my tasks easier & typing more accurate even tho I have small fingers. Like the fact that you can reorder replacement tips from manufacturer online.

I like the grip this stylus has on my iPad, which is much better than the cheaper models. The difference is this stylus has a carbon fiber tip and not the squishy rubber that most other styluses have. You can also get replacement tips for it.
