Complicated, called customer service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, turns out that the "purchase" date is listed as the date it was put on the shelf at Best Buy, so WD My Book updated that when we called. The next issue was had a bit of a problem with the set-up. We have Windows 10 on our PC and we had several snags. However, despite a bit of a wait (expected now during the pandemic) the rep was very good at fixing the problem. We're happy with it.
