I purchased this as an external drive for the Xbox one and it works well

no problems with drive has been working fine for 6 months for backup.

I bought this because my new laptop has an SSD drive and not as much capacity as I wanted, so I will use it to house data - music, photos, videos, etc.

The drive was simple to set up and use. Needed it to save a large number of scanned pictures and its working out great.

I use this to backup a MyCloud. I had to reformat the drive to be recognized on the MyCloud. Not a fault of this product but a limitation of the MyCloud. This works great.

I love WD i have use this products for years and i cant complain. Easy to use and to storage all your data

Use it to store photos and video, works great! Good speed and compatibility with a MacBook Pro.

Does a great job extending your storage capacity. While not small in size, easy to fit behind furniture to not be noticeable.

use this for backing up files and folders,you will need this if there is not a lot of file and backing up space.

I am so glad I purchased this 4T My Book Hard Drive. I am able to back up all of my computers and other products so that I can free up the speed on each product.

Easy to use and lots of space to store my backup. We use this for all of our backup as it can store multiple computers on it.

I got this hard drive as a gift for my son. He uses it not only for school, but also to store all of his movies, games, etc. He loves this. I actually may have to buy one for myself.

Needed a replacement Hard Drive and purchased the WD-My Book 4TB External Hard Drive. It is very quiet and is an excellent value.

I bought this well over a year ago as a NAS backup drive, and it’s performed without fail. I didn’t use any of the included software, so I can’t vouch for that.

Western Digital's 4 TB MyBook hard drive is a bargain. It couldn't be more plug-and-play. I'm looking forward to a long time backing up my important files to it.
