    It's a very typical external drive with lots of space and good speed. My only complaint is that it has the typical WD auto backup software on it that you can never erase or format away.

    Haven't seen any challenges yet. Primary use is for backup purposes i.e. documents, movies, pictures, etc. When not in use the drive is kept in a secure storage.
