Was skeptical at the price for a steam dryer, but I have been very pleasantly surprised. Does a great job on normal drying, When used as a steam only for freshening clothes, you need to let it run the full cycle or you end up with damp spots. Works great for freshening up clothes before work. Toss them in, jump in the shower, ready to go by the time I get out.

Dryer was easy to set up. We had to run a splitter for the water line off the washing machine, which took no time at all. Product runs quiet and looks great. Make sure to run your items you are wanting to steam through a complete cycle or they will still show some wrinkles.

This dryer is faster than any dryers I've had previously, with many options for heat levels. My one complaint is that the steam function leaves clothes very damp. It seems as though the cycle waits until the end to blast the clothes with steam. I'd prefer the items tumble a bit after the steam so items could be ready to wear out of the dryer. However, if you've got the time, a quick cycle on air dry accomplishes the same thing. Overall, great product.

We purchased this dryer for the steam feature, and found it to be very useful. In addition, clothes dry faster which uses far less energy than our previous dryer. It's not the "top of the line" but serves it's purpose. Great value for the money

Dries clothes quickly and efficiently. Steam feature is a nice plus.

This is my 2nd dryer in two weeks. The first one only worked for a day or two. While this one works, I can already see a spot on the drum where the paint didn't cover properly. I thought I was buying a porcelain drum that would have no paint to chip. I am very disappointed as it will probably rust in a year or two.

Need to learn the different cycles. At first the clothes were not any dryer than with the one that I replaced which died. Have not used the steam cycle yet.Quiet

I chose this model b/c of steam feature which only makes clothes wet, otherwise it dries clothes well.

Dryer works pretty well, only complaint would be when set to very dry, towels and pants are never dry, so the sensors are not very accurate but usually I just hang dry them or throw them back in.

This washer and dryer are wonderful! The tub in the washer is fantastic, nice and deep. The dryer is quick, my clothes come out nice and soft.

DRYER LEAVES SOME MOISTURE IN THICK CUFFS, SOCKS ETC LOVE THE SEAM CYCLE FOR REMOVING WRINKLES..

Overall I'm satisfied with this dryer. Initially I was not sure about this. Once I figured out how to get the best drying done for the size of the load I came to realize that this is not a bad dryer at all for the price.

dries quickly. however, the steam refresh mode sometimes leaves too much moisture on the garments.

Does what I need it to do ------ dries just right.

Bought this for the steam function. Haven't used that yet. Overall it has decent capacity. It dries clothes.

I was hoping that it would dry clothes faster than it does.

This dryer dries clothes much faster than the 11 year dryer that it replaced. It also has a steam refresh cycle.
