So far this is working real well. It is a little noisy but nothing that is a problem. The ice is very nice and it does provide enough for us through out the day. We tend to run it throughout each day. So far the only things that I would say it could improve upon would be the indicator light really needs to be brighter. It is hard to tell if it is on or not when it is not actually making ice. The other thing is ours turns off and we aren't sure why. It could be a small child pushed a button or we accidentally bumped the button, not really sure. Otherwise we love it.

mixed emotions about this...it looks nice but is really large for counter top.No problem with ice production,but when bin is full only enough for about 4 large glasses.....have only had this 1 week, may return for different style. Very Little Noise.

Amazed at ability to produce so much ice. However the holding bin is small. If you need lots of ice at any one time you need to store it in freezer or another cooler.

Glad I got the Geek Squad warranty as it quit working after 6 months. Thanks to Best Buy warranty was able to get full refund (minus Geek Warranty). I gave it 3 stars because when it worked it worked great. Made ice quickly and made plenty of it! Also a heavy duty made machine, just appears to be issues with the electronics

When we have company over the ice maker in our refrigerator can't keep up. I would always have to run the corner convenience store for more ice. Now that we have this ice maker, I am the one who can't keep up! Makes ice fast and very quiet. We have had it a month now and are very happy with it.

I was hoping the basket was bigger, but it actually makes ice pretty fast, so it works well for me. easy to use, make ice 3 different sizes. small size works best for me.

Decent item. A bit noisy and it DID NOT come with a direct water feed hook up. Still easy to just pour in water and get ice in under 20 mins. Ensure to select the right size cubes for optimal enjoyment

Bought for my parents beach house. There's always between 12 and 20 people there all summer. The ice from the refrigerator could never keep up. This was a great addition this year. Super easy setup just plug in and fill. Was making ice in minutes.

Very quick, easy to use. The cubes tumble out when ready to gather and go straight into an ice chest or freezer for later use.

It's a little slow making ice and display is hard to read. But for the price it's worth it

I have had several icemakers on the counter and this one is by far the best. I love the size and amount of ice it can put out. I can do lots of ice by placing it in the freezer. The bucket holds enough ice to almost fill a gallon size ziploc bag.

Have only had the unit a few weeks. It makes three one gallon ice bags in several hours which is all we make at a time. If you check reviews, all of these things need warranties - consider an extended.

So far, we love this counter top ice maker. Within a couple of hours each morning, it can make all the ice we will need for the day. When we need extra, it can produce that quickly for us as well.

My wife loves the ice it makes because it is a softer ice and she can sit next to me and chew on it allllll niiiiiight loooooong.

When I first got the icemaker the box was very large and I thought oh my what if I done but this icemaker is fantastic make so much ice you cannot keep up

Basket holds 3 to 4 pounds of ice MAX. It makes enough ice cubes to fill one glass with ice every 15 minutes. It will take care of most of our needs but 49 pound capacity is a joke! There is nowhere to store that much ice and the water capacity is just over 1 gallon which is approximately 10 pounds. If you’re thinking of getting this to fill your cooler, you are going to be disappointed. It is not enough ice to fill the glasses on the table for five family members.

This thing is the perfect ice maker! Makes just the right amount and takes up no space at all.

Makes a lot of ice for parties & just plan every day drinks. More room in my freezer without the ice trays
