A: Here are the instructions: Step 1: While your TV set is turned off, press the following on your remote control quickly and in this sequence – MUTE button, 1, 8, 2, and then the POWER button. Step 2: When the SECRET MENU appears, use your ARROWS, SELECT, and RETURN buttons to navigate. Step 3: While in the SECRET MENU Select OPTIONS STEP 4: Select ENGINEERING OPTION Step 5: Select BT AUDIO ON OFF and make sure it says ON. Step 6: Use the RETURN button on your remote to go back a level on the SECRET MENU and select MRT OPTION. Step 7: Select BT SUPPORT and make sure it says ON Now TURN OFF of your TV and turn it ON again, give it a minute, select MENU on your remote control, then SOUND, then SPEAKER SETTINGS, and now you will see the BLUETOOTH Option!!!

A: The Netflix, Amazon Prome Videos and couple other apps are already installed. However, if you need to add more apps (e.g. Hulu), you’ll have to make a Samsung account to be able to use the Samsung store app on the tv to download

Q: What are the dimensions and weight of the tv?
A: This TV does NOT weigh 17 lbs like the BestBuy website states. It weighs around 38.5 lbs.
Q: Do I have to buy a soundbar, or are the speakers good enough?
A: The speakers are almost adequate, but not great. It pretty much depends on what you want. For basic TV watching they are OK. If you watch movies and like a more theater like experience, they are not up to the task. In fairness, few flat scree TVs have speakers that are more than just passable. I use the sound bar we already had.
Q: Any difference between this and the UN55NU6080FXZA listed at costco?
A: I actually use to manage a local electronic store so I am familiar with the models that are at the wholesale stores. They usually have an extra or 1 less port of some sort to make it different so they can sell it for less or at least a different price but picture quality will be the same as other 6000 series TV's.
