A: FYI I have the “bridge” on my current Cafe model and it’s really stupid. It’s not like the space between the burners heats up, it only allows you to use one dial to control both. If you have a pan long enough, you can use w burners on any cooktop. I’m not falling for that gimmick again!
A: There is one door. However, the top door is hinged to the bottom door. The top door opens to the top half of the oven. There is divider between the two ovens to keep separate the heat. You can control the heat for both top and bottom separately. This Oven is one of the best oven I have seen for a plug into regular kitchen. The induction is much better that any gas of electric stove also. Induction gives you precise heat control. When you turn on the induction the heat to the pan is instantaneous. This is the way to go...
Q: Will a 20# turkey fit in bottom oven?
A: Hi Mary, Thanksgiving is just around the corner and getting the right oven to do the right job for your bird is needed. A 20-pound turkey will fit the oven in Single Mode - Full Oven. If you wish to use the lower oven, you may have to cut the turkey into smaller portions, but doing so will not allow for stuffing. Leo
A: Hi maybebuyer, We appreciate your question about the oven vents of the range. The oven vent is located above the right rear surface unit. This area could become hot during oven use. Never block this vent or place plastic or heat-sensitive items on it. Please refer to page 21 of the user manual shared below for an overview of the range. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202107/20210716111329169/NE9000T_NE63T8951SS_AA-02_EN-MES-CFR_210702.pdf Should you need more assistance, please feel free to get back to us via the following options: 1. Q: Do all four hobs (burners) have the blue flame technology or just 1?
A: I'm happy to help with this, Miko! According to our specifications, only the right front burner has the virtual flame feature. ^Jecca
A: The manufacturers sometime list the height as the depth. The range fits in a 30” opening and standard 25 1/2” countertop depth. The height is 36”. I don’t have the range installed yet, but as a kitchen and bath contractor, I can tell you with 100% accuracy that the depth is not 36” deep
A: It’s working correctly. It’s not just the upper oven. You’re correct, there is no pre-heat timer. I actually tested it and it took 6 min to “pre-heat” to the correct temperature. So in effect you would have to increase the cooking time if you use the cook time following the options from the baking settings to allow for the time to pre-heat. Not the best…I set my temp and when the alarm goes off to say it’s up to temp, I set the timer separately. Haven’t tested the delay start yet. Using the smart app to control the oven can help. I’ve only had the range about a month
Q: How do you open just the bottom oven?
A: Thanks for asking, Jacksgirl! The door on this model is only able to open the top half by itself. To access the lower half, you would need to open the entire door. ^Jecca

I recently purchased the Samsung 6.3 cu. ft. Slide-In Induction Range, and it has exceeded my expectations in several ways: - Design and Build: The stainless steel finish is sleek and modern, adding a touch of elegance to my kitchen. The slide-in design fits perfectly with my countertops, creating a seamless look. - Induction Cooking: The induction cooktop heats up incredibly fast and provides precise temperature control, making cooking more efficient and enjoyable. It's also easy to clean, which is a huge plus. - Flex Duo Technology: This feature allows me to cook multiple dishes at different temperatures simultaneously, which is perfect for large meals or entertaining guests. - Smart Features: With WiFi connectivity, I can control the oven remotely using my smartphone. The Smart Dial is intuitive and simplifies the cooking process by remembering my preferences. - Air Fry Function: The built-in air fry feature is a great addition, allowing me to make healthier meals without needing a separate appliance. The only minor downside is that the oven can be a bit noisy when cooling down after use. Overall, I highly recommend this range for anyone looking for a versatile and high-performing kitchen appliance.

I love this stove. I'm so glad we went with the induction top. I did buy a silicone baking mat/stove cover so I can use cast iron and not scratch or hurt the glass. It also keeps it brand new clean... We have cats that occasionally loose their minds and think they can jump on the island so having a stovetop that can't heat up by accident is very reassuring. It taken a little getting used to because everything cooks so much faster and preheats amazingly fast. We hadn't realized how slow our old stove was and how far off the convection temp was getting. Everything was just taking longer and longer to cook. The burners turn off automatically if you remove the pan... Which my husband has gotten too used to... He hears the beep, knows it's off and forgets to actually turn the knob off. There is a burner light on top of the stove so you will see that it's on. I wish the oven timer was easier to get to and you didn't have to go thru the menu to get to it. The timer on the front of the controls is a cook timer (which my husband keeps using) and it turns off the oven at time. Unfortunately it cools down very fast so if you have to add time you are bringing the temp back up. The description and the highlights do not show that it has a cooktop lockout which almost stopped me from getting it (silly cats noted above) but it DOES have a cooktop lockout and the burners turn off if no pan on it so it's very safe for kids and animals or the accidental knob bump. My husband set a box on fire with our old stove by bumping the knob and setting a box on top of it. Two mistakes made for a very scary moment and why I want the lockout. Also the double oven has been great and find that normally we just use the top. However when we have the whole family over having the double oven has been game changing for getting all of the food out at the same time. Overall we are both head-over-heels for this stove!

Love it! Glad to be rid of the gas. It takes a bit of a learning curve, but we've had this range only a few weeks, and we're adapting just fine. So easy to keep clean, too. It helped to get some silicone pads to put under the pots and pans.
