SanDisk - Ultra 2TB Internal SATA Solid State Drive for Laptops

I'm very tired of HDD with the following reasons: - Very slow to copy/move hundreds MB of files - fragmentation makes HDD even slower - Spining platters and moving heads could break HDD easily. Especially once you hear the click sound from HDD, it's matter of time. Even though SSDs are still pricey, I replaced all HDDs to SSDs and kept the HDDs as backups. SSDs are fast and low power consumption. Risk of failure is lower than HDD. This 2 TB SSD completed my replacement and working very well so far. Very comfortable to access files on the SSD.

I do a number of processes regularly that require a lot of internal drive access and were previously slow because of that. This SSD has made a significant difference in performance. Some database updates are taking half the time they used to take. Frequently these are just considered by gamers but there can be big improvements.in performance for those who are not. I happened to need one in the 2 Tb size because of the amount of files on the computer.

I was hoping to add this drive to my laptop (Dell XPS-15 9550), but the battery in my system occupied the bay that might have housed it. It would have been nice if it had fit.

By far the best upgrade I ever gave to a laptop. My personal files load so much fast now and even games 10x faster as well.

what do you do when you need room and speed? 2TB SSN and my PC is ready to roll. Fixed two issues with one repair.

I upgraded my 15” MacBook Pro to work with my Dj software and saw a big improvement. Excellent upgrade choice.

I bought this ssd hard drive to upgrade my iMac and so far its been going great. no regrets

I bought this to use in a PS4 Pro. Works great so far with no issues.
