I read several reviews before going to BB and picking up this unit. Let me get to the things you want to know the most. The 'Cons".
Let me first start by saying, that can I really call these 'Cons' in the first place? I mean, you have to be logical in some situations and understand what you are getting. In this case, you are getting a stand that can hold multiple versions of tvs. This means TVs are going to vary so this unit has to accommodate many variations. If you understand that, you MUST be flexible in your thinking. Now, back to what i was going for.
1. This sucker has some weight to it. Which again, makes sense since it will be holding up to 60lbs in weight.
2. The base is LARGE. The one benefit I would say is that its flat. I have my surround sound bar resting on it nicely.
3. It only swivels 20 degrees. another 10 would have been perfect for me.
4. The cost is about $30 to $60 more vs what you will see on other sites. (Not same product, but similar)
After all, this, I would say THIS SUCKER IS TOPS. It took me about 20 minutes to put together and now my tv swivels and now has a clean look about it as it sits on my the stand. It looks nice and has a nice finish.
