A: It doesn't. I bought it and just found out. Kinda stupid that it doesn't.
Q: I have windows 10 and a lenovo Yoga 730 this should work correct?
A: I have the 730 and can confirm that it does work with it. You might have to change the mode, which is done by holding both buttons down on the front until it blinks. You'll know that needs to be done if it shows as connected, but won't write or move the cursor. Hope that helps!
