Great picture quality. Connects to my wi-fi without issue. I like that i can add apps that i use frequently. Purchased for my husband for his birthday. He loves watching sports on this TV due to the clear, crisp picture.

Specs on paper look ok, but in reality not all that great. Picture for a 4k is decent as is sound quality. I found the software for it lacking and a couple of the apps are buggy. When researching this tv for purchase, Best Buy's website said this TV is bluetooth enabled, but failed to mention that it DOESN'T connect with audio bluetooth devices (only keyboard/mouse). Its 2020, and this 4k smart TV doesn't connect to my Beats headphones or my Bose headphones... smh. Ooooorrrr my JBL soundbar (although I ended connecting via the ARC channel). This TV, orverall, leaves me wanting more. Probably will switch to back to Samsung on my next big tv purchase.

Beautiful picture Super easy setup Very intuitive I don’t understand the complaints with apps I’m running Netflix YouTube Disney+ Plex Prime and Hulu all easy to setup and all stream great running through a denon 5.1 so sounds great

This tc has a great price and a nice tv. Easy setup. However it’s doesn’t have the flat back like I prefer. However the picture and ease of use makes up for it.

Bought this sony bravia X1 4KHDTV to replace an old HDTV that finally died out after nearly 10 years I had it and I'm glad that I waited to pick it up because I bought it a great deal on BestBuy and so far, this 4KHDTV is really sweet. Clarity of the pictures are much more crisper than it was before on my last HDTV and the sound quality is a lot better to this 4KHDTV without really adding any sound bars or sound systems for it. I'm very happy with this purchase and hope that it also last as long as my last one did before it needs to ever be replaced.

The Sony picture and sound were outstanding! The Geek Guys brought it out, did the mounting, all the setup and adjusting. My purchase was of high quality and the sale price was definitely worth it! Best Buy is the best place to find the TV of your dreams.
