These Sony Bluetooth headphones conveniently swivel and fold up when not in use.
Q: Do you have to pair the headphones with TV every time you shut off the TV or headphones?
A: No, you do not have to pair the headphones with a TV every time.
Q: My IPad Pro will not discover these headphones via Bluetooth. Are they compatible?
A: You have to hold the power button for 7 seconds (until the headphones say, "pairing"). Then they should show up on your device as MDR-ZX220BT, if not then they are either defective or incompatible.
A: Buy these!!! Sony MDRRF985RK Wireless RF Headphones. I purchased these for my dad, who is now older. These are very comfortable, easy to set up and perfect for the scenario you are looking for. I did my research on this before buying these. These headphones are worth every penny! I hope this helps with your decision.
A: Hi AMB, Yes, this unit has volume control. Thanks! ^Ron

Q: Are these headphones compatible with the PS4 gaming system?
A: Sorry no. I tried to pair them with my PS4 and it didn't work. The PS4 is compatible only with certain Bluetooth headphones.
Q: Are there headphones that someone can use for the tv while I'm watching and listening to the tv?
A: Well we finally hooked up the headphones that Best Buy said would work with our new Samsung TV. It was a lot easier than I thought. As a mater of fact the directions that came with the headphones (literally a joke) and the ones Sony emailed me we more confusing than just following the prompts on the TV screen. So, now my husband can listen to his football, and wrestling , and I can enjoy quiet. That is about the only pro to these headphones. They sit on your ears and don't cover them completely. (and no my husband doesn't have large ears) the cushions are smaller ones. So the sound quality sucks. It's tinney and has no bass. His previous headphones, Sony, had a great sound and fit over the ears, so they were good for noise canceling. But maybe the biggest con is, that I can not sit down with my husband and watch TV when he has the headphones on. The volume is either headphones or TV, not both. He is hard of hearing and most of the time he needs to put the headphones on so we don't have the volume blowing my ears out. SOOOOOO disappointing. So frustrating but, I have not given up yet. I do plan on contacting Sony to see if there is a way of setting these headphones so both can work at the same time . If not the headphones are going back.
Q: Do I need power from an outlet at all or is 100% wireless?
A: You only need an outlet to re-charge the device.
