Q: How does this charger charge two evs at once?
A: No home charger in the market can do that today. one car per charger but you can have more than 1 charger and as long as they are the tesla models (Even if one is J1772 and the other Tesla connector) they can power share in order to reduce the load to the house if necessary.
Q: Is this considered a level 2 charger?
A: Yes, auto chess flies that you have the correct wiring to allow level 2 charging.

Q: Would this work with a RAV 4 prime SE
A: Yes, it has the J1772 end on the cable.
Q: Does this need to be installed by an electrician?
A: It depends if you have the necessary voltage available. In my case I needed a 60 amp breaker to handle the 48 amp load. So that did require a bit more than general hookup. Depending on your available load will also determine your necessary breaker. It says in the instructions it can use two types but the latter and higher output is what I opted for. Which equates to faster charging. I can’t say time difference but anything is bette me than trying to use a regular 110 outlet.
A: No. Just for software updates. you can not schedule through the Tesla app.
Q: Does this work for EVs other than Tesla?
A: Absolutely
A: This is a Gen 2. Gen 3 are higher output.
