Q: Can you use pods instead of powder or liquid detergent?
A: I am told you can just toss a pod directly into the washer basin before you start the load.

A: Good luck I’ve had that part replaced 3 times now. That was the beginning of what I think is the end of my washer. The error code means that it’s not rinsing your clothes at the end. So while everything looks fine. It’s not finishing the cycle.

A: I think you have set your detergent concentration incorrectly. 10X refers to detergent concentration, not the amount dispensed. All of the HE detergents that I have found locally are 2X concentrated. If you change your setting to 2x I think you will be happier with your results. The washer automatically dispenses the correct amount of detergent.
