Q: Is this compatible with cases? I know some of the protectors are not

A: It really depends on the case. I have a Spigen rugged armor but I haven't put mine on yet as I just had my SP installed about 3 hrs ago. I'm going to wait 48 hrs as suggested, however, the young lady at BB that installed mine had this protector on hers with a Spigen liquid crystal case on hers and it looked great! I even took her case off to look at the rounded curves and edges and it was laying flat all around. Color me convinced!

Q: Does this protector have curved edges on the sides

A: It is a film that conforms to the shape of the screen. If you plan on using a case, the screen protector must be perfectly centered and given adequate time to "set" before putting on case. I waited 48 hours and it is properly adhering to curved screen and case is not interfering with it.

Q: is it nessecary to use a screen protector and a otter box for protection for galaxy 8 phones

A: The Defender Otterbox does NOT have a screen protector, at least the ones currently at Best Buy.

Q: Does this protect the screen from breaking from drops like the glass ones? Had a glass protector before and worked great to protect against breakage from drops. But from description seems this is just a protector for the screen from scratches, etc.

A: Yes

A: This one is not glass. I tried the glass and do not recommend. Touch sensitivity decreases a lot with glass.

Q: If the screen protector gets scratched, can it be removed/replaced without damaging the phone?

A: Yes. Call zag. They will send you a replacement screen. The old one peels off easily and leaves no damage. You can also take the phone back to where you bought it and they will put the new screen on for you.

Q: Will Best Buy install these?

A: yes for a fee. It took the guy a long time to put it on and he had to get a different one because it didn't go on very easily. Glad I had him do it.

Q: I've heard the Zagg screen protectors for the S9 had the wrong adhesive put on them and they don't stick very well on the phone. Does anyone know if Zagg is launching a new screen protector with better adhesive soon?

A: The cover is junk. Don't waste your money on it.

Instructions are not clear
The screen protector material is OK as advertised but instruction manual is very poor. Website did not have the video for the product I purchased. Had to find a video on YT for a folk installing on a iWatch. Even himself was unsure on what he was doing. Anyway, the multi-layer structure of cover per se (as comes in the package), aligned with very poor instructions made me go through a trial and error thing which anyone may guess the end result. Even though I finally got the cover installed -- after a few attempts -- the outcome was very ugly, which included a yellow stain in the cover itself. Phone may be protected but I hate looking at it already. Felt like putting 25 bucks in the trash.

Worst $50 spent
I liked they products so much before I blindly bought 2. This is a waste of money. It doesn’t stick to the screen and way thinner than any I’ve bought before! Don’t waste your money.
