Love this set! I’ve had no issues with connectivity via the USB-A connection. No lag or any issues connecting with my Surface Pro 7. I haven’t tried the Bluetooth connection yet. I’m not sure about battery life, because I haven’t had it long enough, but it doesn’t seem to require much juice. The ergonomic shape is perfect for my small hands, for both the keyboard and mouse. I think someone with larger hands may have issues with the size of the mouse. I’m happy with the purchase, especially considering the price of this set versus the comparable Microsoft version. I have the wired version of this keyboard at work and love it as well.

DO NOT PURCHASE - after two week of using the keys started sticking and the company will not do a return. Best buy will not take the return because it is thru a third party vendor, something I was not even aware of until now. Cannot recommend this brand or this company

Mixed feelings. I love the mouse, but I had trouble connecting my keyboard to work properly. The keys do not work unless pressed very hard which resulted in multiple characters.
