A: This system is shipped with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER, 8GB, GDDR6 video graphics card.
Q: Can I customize this before I buy
A: I just bought the PC today and no you can not. You have to buy it as is and upgrade what you want afterwards.
Q: Is the keyboard and mouse that come with the R11 a RGB lunar light?
A: No just a basic black mouse and keyboard
Q: What power supply does it have and is it air or liquid cooling
A: This system is shipped with a 1000W power supply and has air cooling.
Q: Why is the cpu at 90°C is there anyway I can lower it I’ve only had it for 2 days
A: Your gonna want to open up your computer and look at the thermal paste some times in pre-builts they tend not to add much or when it comes to (hopefully never) it they don't add any at all or another case the fan or the cooling system is bad not saying it is but if your going to open it up make sure to have some thermal paste and some alcohol to remove it and put some new paste on and also do not put to much a dab is all you need
Q: What motherboard does it have? Because in the future I want to upgrade the cpu.
A: This system has Intel Z490 motherboard.
Q: Can this handle AAA games with no upgrades?
A: Pretty sure it should! I run a lot of games off from Steam, but one of the more graphically inclined ones, Ark: Survival Evolution, runs very smoothly at the highest settings. Every detail gets rendered, with no issue of lag to quality. As long as you're not going below the 2070 super, you should be able to run the Triple A games with no problem. You can always check the graphic requirements of each game to make sure. Hope this helps!
