Excellent TV
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to this TV and I love it! Picture Quality is excellent. You can speak to your TV instead of looking for a remote control by saying, "Alexa, play Netflix." There's always something to watch thanks to Prime Video, Netflix, and other services and the setup is simple. I had no problems putting it together. The Amazon Fire TV Omni Series is excellent all around. Strongly advised!

Third TV is the charm
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I think during hard times mistakes happen. No doubt during this pandemic people are short staffed, tensions are high, and people can lose their patience when trying to get things corrected. I really do enjoy this TV however, I ordered my first 75" omni TV in December and recived it for store pickup in the first week of january. I took the TV home and had my neighbor help me install it take it out of its box. After setting it up, the screen was cracked and the TV was broken. The frame of the TV was bent and some components were missing for it to be set up. So, i had to return it. I figured taking it to the store I picked it up from would be the right move however; the best buy employees at my local store said, Since I ordered the TV from Best Buy Online I would need to call Best Buy online to have them schedule a pick up. Thankfully, my local store decided to take my TV anyway and return it for me but it was a learning experience for me. Best Buy online and the brick and mortar stores are on different systems for ordering. It was definitely a learning expirence and Im thankful for the help from my local Best Buy store. So my second TV was ordered and it arrived about a week and a half later. It was delivered to my house off an appliance truck from a third party company. I though Geek Squad or someone would deliver it but the delivery men were helpful. The box was damaged in a few places and when we set the TV up together it was also cracked. It took me 4 hours total of being on the phone with two seprate phone calls to work out when my next TV would come and it took about two weeks for it to arrive by another third party delivery group. When the third TV arrived the box was also damaged and it made me very nervous. However, after the unboxing I was pleased to see the TV was operational. Now for my troubles, Best Buy online gave me a $100 gift card for the first two TVs being broken. I took the Best Buy gift card to my local store and tried to scratch off the Pin Protection seal off of the back of the card and easily scratched the PIN off of the gift card making it unuseable. My local store told me I needed to contact Best Buy online again to redeem a new card which I did. Im still waiting on my second gift card to arrive. Hopefully I wont have to wait for a third gift card. I feel like this experience is proof that I have the worst luck imagineable. I have to say the overall expience for now, clouds my enjoyment of this TV. It was very difficult to coordinate returning mulitple TVs from my home and being on hold with multiple Best Buy Online employees to have the call just disconnected and start allover again was very frustrating. I have to note this expience in the review because I believe this is a system that can be improved. The TV however; operates pretty well. Its hard to find a TV this big in this price range and with the Alexa app I can use all of my smart home devices as I have before with other Alexa systems. For movies its great however the color balance that comes with preset mode makes some shows seem really saturated. It took some tweaking but I have everything where I like it. For gaming, this TV is very good. Its my understanding this is a TCL TV with an Amazon logo slapped onto it. It may have different components and the fire tv logo but all signs point to TCL. Overall; the TV is just fine. Ive seen better pictures out of other 75" TVs but the price of this one is great. If you want to own a mammoth sized TV and dont want to spend north of $1K this is thr TV for you. Just hope you dont have to wait a month getting 3 different TVs delivered to you.

Basement TV
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv to mount in my basement. I drive truck for work so I’m not home a ton and didn’t want to break the bank for a tv. I got this one on sale for 599.99 and it’s well worth the price. Fire tv built into it works great, picture looks very nice for the price, Alexa is handy, and I like that it has 4 hdmi ports when some affordable options only have 2 or 3. I’m very happy with my purchase.

We had high hopes but was a sad disappointment.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are huge fans of all things amazon and have echo's and amazon tech all over our house. That being said, this tv was incredibly glitchy and did not work correctly from day 1. We loved the idea of having the fire tv cube built into the tv and purchased it for our man cave so you wouldn't need a remote every time you wanted to turn on a show. Our fire tv cube works incredibly well with our other tv. It almost seems like the processor is too slow/small to run the tech. Buy a better tv and link it with a cube if you want hands free Alexa.

Q: QuestionIs the general brightness and overall picture quality as terrible as some online commenters claim it is? I refer to the 75" Omni. Thanks! ✌♐
Asked by AladdinSane.
- A:Answer The picture and brightness could be better but I believe that TV placement could possibly help the issue. My TV is in a fairly bright room with natural light but at night the quality is not that bad.

Q: QuestionDo I have to use the stand legs provided? they’re about 4 inches two wide
Asked by Legs.
- A:Answer If its got legs instead of a swivel mount thats your only option. Either that or its gotta be wall mounted which isnt something just anyone can do. Its best left to someone who has carpentry skills or is a installation tech of some sort. You dont want that new tv falling and getting destroyed, warranty doesn't cover broken screen.
