Q: is this compatible with windows10?
A: Yes, the Asus Gaming audio card is compatible with Windows 10.
A: Works on any PC with an empty PCLE. Works Great on this -------- I'm running Windows 10. It has an AMD 8350, 8 core, black edition processor cooled by a cooler master V8. The mother board is an ASUS Crosshair V formula Z. It has 64 gigs of FAST G-Skill Ram cooled by Corsair cooling unit. Video is provided by two EVGA GTX1080 FTWs configured in SLI with a high performance EVGA, SLI bridge. It has a Seagate 4T hybrid main drive and two Seagate 4T auxiliary drives, Twelve Terabytes total. Power is supplied by a Corsair AX 860 modular power supply. There are a total of 12 fans inside. It has 2 remote control lighting systems. And gingerbread stuff like a card reader, Pro LCD, combination optical drive. Not much room for anything else. I am a 67 year old, semi- retired engineer but I love videos and I LOVE TO GAME.
A: As long as you have a PCIE slot, it should be fine. Here is a small list I found online. It's not very descriptive, but should be enough to give you an idea. You can also Google compatible parts with motherboards. https://pcpartpicker.com/products/sound-card/?compatible_with=KWjWGX
A: It plugs into any PCLE. I didn't like the sound from my new ASUS Crossfire V Formula Z so added a Soundblaster. STILL disappointed, went back to a sound card I have used 3 times before and this is it. Great sound and a rebate is available from ASUS, I think it's $10.00. Q: Will this sound card work in a Dell OptiPlex 3010 ?
A: this card comes with an extra plate to fit into a mini tower. It should work
Q: does it work in a hp p6803w?
A: If you have a pci express port and the space for it, it will fit and work in any desktop computer case. For drivers you will want some beta drivers from http://maxedtech.com/asus-xonar-unified-drivers/ to fix the rear channel problem (out of sync) for analog 5.1 speakers as Asus does not make updates for it any more. Great card, I use Triton pro+ 5.1 with analog adapter. In Lenovo y900 case.
Q: Will this stop a ground loops hum?
A: undefined
