Q: Hello, for the BenQ monitor do you guys offer warranty? If so how much would that be ?
A: Benq offers a 3 year warranty on your purchase as long as you buy a new product. I believe open box or used products Ben q only offers 30 days it may be 60 or 90 days either way it’s not long though. You can purchase geek squad protection from Best Buy which is a smart and safe purchase in either scenario. You can either add your geek squad protection at the time of your purchase or you have 30 days after receiving your product where you’re able to take it into Best Buy and add geek squad protection. I recommend geek squad based on a lot of user reviews online they’re worth the investment

So I’ve been using a LG Ultragear 1440p 165hz monitor for about a year, this is definitely a step up! Amazing color and brightness, sweet remote with controls on monitor for backup, by far the easiest thing i’ve ever assembled! Now my only complaint is I’m a bit taller of a guy and wish it would raise/sit just a tad higher but it’s ok, this is super picky but not sure why theres a tiny gap on the bottom bezel between it and the screen (see photos)
