Not a non-stick sole plate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had a previous model of this iron and it was great. Now the sole plate is not metal but some composite. I've never had as many unintentional creases as I did with this iron. It just stuck to the fabric. Not a real fan of the water fill spout. If you want the user to have the iron flat when filling it then maybe the fill line should reflect that. Also did not like the new single dial for everything. There are times I do not want steam and that does not seem to be an option with this iron. Save your money and find something else to purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Q: QuestionWould it support 220-240 vol power? Because I would like to use it outside of USA. If not, which model works on 220-240 voltage. Thanks!

- A:Answer Thank you for your question, Tayaba. This iron is a 120V model designed for use in the US or Canada.
