Nice cooker!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.Love it but wish it could be used without the app. Having the higher watts than other machines helps heat faster and maintain water temp. Its also smaller footprint than others and has a magnetic base to stay standing in metal pots.

Absolutely delicious!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This is really terrific. We just used it last night for Costco bought filets. The app really guides you to the perfectly cooked filet. We tried a Omaha filet as compared to a prime Costco filet and they both taste equally perfect when cooked with this Sous Vide! Simply sear it before placing into a vacuumed sealed bag to cook, then quickly sear it again once it is done.

Best chicken I’ve ever had
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed.I’ve done a lot of things with my sous vide machine since purchase (including making homemade limoncello- yum!) but hands down, my favorite is chicken breasts. Tender, juicy… none of that dry chicken from frying in a pan. I love that you can walk away from it. It does take longer but it’s so worth it!

Q: QuestionHow is the noise level on this? Read reviews for another brand that had noise issues, would like to avoid. Thanks!
Asked by CrayGma.
- A:Answer The Joule is really quiet. There's just a very low hum that I usually don't notice. I've heard other sous vide brands are more noisy.
