An underrated bleakly great cop drama
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. An extremely bleak and dark drama from the director of Training Day--unpleasant, but exceptionally acted all around, especially Richard Gere. Highly recommended for those who like this type of uber-bleak cop fiction.

Under rated movie
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good story, good cast. This was actually a pretty good movie. Even if you don't like cop / crime movies. The 1080p blue ray print was pretty good. I enjoyed watching on the big screen after I bought it very cheap.

Moody Crime Drama That Goes Too Cliche
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like crime dramas, this one has a lot of moody atmpsohere and does make for a good single watch. However, it is also filled with a lot of the same old story telling cliches as similar movies and the ending sequences while decent are not the most riveting ever, This movie can be found in a double feature with the movie Stone and I think THAT is a better product version to pick up.
