This was purchased for my wife's 2015 RX 350. Lexus did away with the 3G remote start and we really wanted this feature because in the summer it's been 105 and in the winter it's been as cold as negative numbers. This will allow us to start the car and cool it down or warm it up without having to sit in there. What's nice is you could be in your office and point the remote out the window and it'll start up to 3000 feet away. What a great investment for your vehicle. Installation went smoothly, Best buy really took care of the vehicle. We end up getting this with the free installation and that just made it even more of a value. What was a nice little bonus is that the factory remote will also remote start now because of this so you don't have to carry around the second remote if you don't want it, the only downside is you don't get the range that you would with the second remote.

Works great on my 04 F350 XL. Has a delayed start for the glow plugs. Only downside is there is some kind of draw on the battery. I don't drive the truck much so i now have to leave it on a charger. Not sure if it was the product, or the installation. Don't expect bestbuy to stand behind the product if it does effect your vehicle. Other than the draw its worked great for the last 8 months. Great range on the remote, the 2 way feature is really nice if you can't visually see or hear the vehicle start/lock. Since this has a trunk button you can have it programmed for other things, like roll the windows down. I wish i would have known that prior to installation.

This is the one of the part in my order that I placed to have remote start system in my Nissan Rogue 2012 SL AWD. It works as expected. My Nissan came with a key fob and had to maintain additional key fob for remote starter. The BB technician told me that it cannot be replaced with the original key fob as the Nissan programmed to identify the key to start/run the car. Now I need to carry 2 key fobs, that the only concern as it is bulky. The installation window appointment time definitely wouldn't be sufficient, just plan for the additional time when you have your appoinment. I toold the car to Geek Squad BB location and the team did a decent job. No complaints as of now.

Has an Amazing range! I’ve turned on my car on from three blocks away, from behind thick walls. Very easy to use. Both controllers work well, it was installed in 30 minutes and I was stunned at how quick. I even got my OEM fob programmed without asking (I forgot) and everything went smooth! I got it on a Black Friday flash day deal early November and got it installed two weeks later. Install included with the sale price. I’ve heard amazing reviews about it from people who have gotten it so naturally as soon as the deal turned up I snatched it up quick. MA winters can be brutal so it’s been so nice to hop into a cozy warmed up car!
