My third Latitude laptop and the 15.6" is very portable. Can accomplish essentials for leisure and office productivity. Not great but good as need be.

Fine except weird sticker INSIDE screen

When I did a print screen it didn't show up. Turned out to be actually PRINTED on the screen on the INSIDE! Joysystems had no idea how to fix it. Best Buy online Geek Squad didn't either. Went to Best Buy store to return it and one of the guys was able to lift up the screen on the corner and remove what turned out to be a sticker. Should have been noticed before being sold.

It looks brand new. Joy Systems did a great job. Setup was a breeze.

broken computer that best buy wont fix

I have been dealing with best buy and was told i have a 1 year warranty but they will not fix it. Nor will dell. Best buy screwed me over and i have wasted 4 weeks. Charging me full price to fix a bad computer they sold week months earlier. terrible service
