KAME OVER HERE!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, Frieza has another transformation, Goku and Vegeta are at a new plateau and Frieza is back!??!?! What is this!? The Frieza Saga of DBZ was the defining point in the series and where most fans feel the series really started while the Vegeta Saga was nothing more than filler or rather the transition from Dragon Ball to DBZ. Dragon Ball Super nails a much truer representation of how not only the progress of the Saiyans in their abilities but also their maturities. Dragon Ball was the kid years, DBZ was the teens and now we are beginning to witness a mature adult phase. On top of that, there is no longer discussion of everyone seeking immortality which SHOULD come back later but for now I am very content with how the series is evolving. Also, the Blu ray releases have more refined animation so there is an added benefit there as well. Must pick up and must watch for any DBZ fan. Don't be a hater. Watch it knowing you did nothing to contribute to this work of art and focus on reserving critical judgement. This is an Action and Slice of Life anime delivered through a Saga format. You are meant to criticize the series in it's entirety and not per episode. That is how it is designed.

Resurrection F ... the super long cut
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here we go again, another 13 episodes of DBS. This time it's the conclusion of the first arc and the majority of the follow up, which means that it's the end of one movie and most of another just told in longer form. Things have been expanded on, but the main reason to purchase these sets is for the sake of owning the entire series. The animation is mostly good. The voice acting is what we've come to expect from the cast over the years. The special features are few and nothing special. It'd be great if they put the entire arc in a set instead of blocks of 13 episodes, but for what it is this is good enough. I'll keep buying the series as I am compelled to have every episode, but eventually one of these sets will have to have a different count as the series is planned for 131 episodes.

Recap of the Ressurection of F movie
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this series and if you want to get into new Dragon Ball Super I'd recommend skipping out on the newest movies and just watching the first and second set of DBS. This set pretty much retells the story of Resurrection of F but is still worth a watch to get the true version of the story so you can continue watching Dragon Ball Super.

Super Awesome
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you liked Dragon Ball Z, I don't see how you could not like this. I do understand some of the complaints about the animation, but you have to curtail that a bit. The story is good and it is captivating, in my opinion. I am watching it live on Adult Swim, but I like it so much, I felt I needed to own it!

better than GT.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have watched every Dragonball episode in existence. I would say the Dragonball Super is not as bad as some of the harshest critics are saiyin. lol. I would recommend any fan at least give it a watch. So far I am enjoying it. Its better than GT.

Just another amazing box to complete the set
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Preordered and it was ready by the time I picked it up. Box was damaged on the sides, but I'm not a collector so I'm not upset about it, and I understand that they'd rather get a damaged box off the floor

Good stuff
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I appreciate Dragon Ball coming back and Super is a big part of it. This is a nice set to have, while I do wish that we had the entire Golden Saga on this set, we do have enough to satisfy until the third set is released.
