Quirky but fun

The male character has an obsession with females who have twin tails for their hair and somehow he gets transformed into a female as well with super powers. Goofy premise but still enjoyable to watch.

Because of this desire, he becomes a super hero with the ultimate goal ; to save , what else twin pigtails., With the power of the pigtails as a girl . Everyone seems to love him. I mean her. What a mix up it's a fun watch. It is dubbed.
