Q: where to buy the quick release for the handler
A: A Quick Release mount is included in the package with every GoPro camera. It's also called a Mounting Buckle. If you need more, there's a selection of mounts GoPro in the Grab Bag that includes extra mounting buckles.
Q: Can you move the camera around to face towards you just by grabbing the top and twisting?
A: To spin the GoPro on the Handler, you could use a mount like our Ball Joint Buckle Mount connected to the Handler.
Q: If my gopro is attached to this, do you think i can take it skydiving?
A: Too late for the poster, but to make sure no one else reads this and gets any ideas. You would _not_ take this skydiving. If you are doing a tandem, you don't bring a camera period - doing so could endanger the life of you and the tandem pilot. If you skydive for yourself, just ask your instructors on what would be an appropriate mount (And seeing that you need 200 skydives before using a camera, that would be far in the future)

A: I am waiting for mine to arrive, but comparing them on the Best Buy website I see two main differences: - New one has the base at an angle vs. the old one that was horizontal - New one has a quick release base vs. the old one having a screw base The new one also has a bigger orange part at the bottom which could make it easier to find i guess. A: Should float just fine with just the handle. The handle itself is covered with foam and floats on its own.
