Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. A: The issue you are having sounds like you have the feet of the TV installed backwards. To check this, you can easily refer to the documentation and make sure that you do not have the Left foot on the Right side and vise versa. Visually if you are looking at the TV, the front Right foot should have the longer end of the foot in the front pointing outwards to the Right and the front Left foot should have the longer end of the foot in the front pointing outwards to the Left. There are (3) small bumps on the top of the base of each foot that fit into (3) small corresponding holes inside the recessed foot rectangular slots under the TV. The (3) bumps and holes should align the foot of the TV inside the rectangular recesses evenly which in practicality should be able to support the TV vertically even without using the screws to secure the feet to the TV. Once you verify that the longer end of each foot is in the front of the TV then make sure you use the (2) screws to secure each foot to the TV.
A: There are two foot placement options. My stand is 52 inches long, and the more outside located connections would have been just at the edge. The innermost connections are much better and very stable.
Q: Hi will Android TV get upgraded to the new Google TV (currently on the new Chromecast) on this TV?
