Q: How to turn descale light off ???
A: I followed the descaling instructions to a tee multiple times, and the descale light is still on. Very frustrating! This will be my last Keurig

A: This machine is much quieter than my previous coffee maker, I have to look at it sometimes to make sure I have pushed the button to start because I can't hear anything.
Q: What's the difference between the K-Slim and the Mini??
A: With the Mini, you need to fill the water for every cup you make. The Slim has a water reservoir enabling you to make several cups with one fill.
A: Thanks for your question. Pre-puncturing pods can help with pressure build up and may relieve this issue you are experiencing. You can try this by placing the K-Cup pod into the holder and press down on the K-Cup pod to puncture the bottom before brewing to release this pressure.
