A MUST HAVE CLASSIC!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bride (Uma Thurman) picks up where she left off in volume one with her quest to finish the hit list she has composed of all of the people who have wronged her, including ex-boyfriend Bill (David Carradine), who tried to have her killed four years ago during her wedding to another man. Leaving several dead in her wake, she eventually tracks down Bill in Mexico. Using skills she has learned during her assassin career, she attempts to finish what she set out to do in the first place.

A classic tale of revenge
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second half of Quinton Taranto's "pulp fiction" masterpiece of revenge. The movie is pulp fiction purposely in its superficial characters and clichéd story line. However, the execution of those characters and story is so engrossing, so raw in entertainment and excitement that the viewer is riveted continuously. Taranto's genius is his ability to get us to have strong emotional reactions to his characters and situations of story. His dialogue alone is so intriguing, so captivating that one will enjoy the movie on that issue along with the others. Of course, see both parts one after the other; just lock the doors, turn off the phone, and become immersed. This is Hollywood movie enjoyment at its peak, vastly above the embarrassingly simplistic and boring "tween's" movies pumped out today to the last category of people with money to spend going to the movies. Oh, after you come down a bit from KILL BILL, wait a few days and lock the door again to watch all of Taranto's masterworks

Volume 2 Kicks Major *ss Too!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of those rare sequels that stay consistently exceptional after the first movie. After Kill Bill Volume 1, the action scenes in Kill Bill stay stellar and there’s a great amount of back story in this sequel that explains more in detail as to why the beginning scene of Volume 1 opened the story for the audience. Love both Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2. I now own them after purchasing the digital copies provided for a really great price [can you see the pattern here?;) ] Anyways, I also recommend. Enjoy watching this! I know I did!

Classic Tarantino, Nice Steelbook Version
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Of the most popular steelbook versions released for the Kill Bill series (1 & 2), the Best Buy version in my opinion is the best release to own for collectible interest. I personally like this release's individual packaging of the two films in separate steelbook cases, as oppose to a single case containing the two movies like the Zavvi version. This version's steelbook art is unique and consistent on both cases, with the samurai sword in the front and Uma Thurman in the back, unlike the Alliance release which I think the art is not at all consistent between the two cases. I purchased both steelbooks on sale for $9.99 even I already own other releases and formats of the two films, so don't hesitate to get this (and Kill Bill 1) if you like the series.

Thoroughly Enjoyable
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here's the review I wrote for Kill Bill Volume 1: "Fun and entertaining. Uma Thurman was wonderful. You're rootin' for her all the way and you're not disappointed." I would say the same review pertains to Kill Bill Volume 2, except I would add I am a big fan of the films of director Akira Kurasawa. Much of these two films reminded me of many of Kurasawa's samurai classics.

Kill Bill Volume 2 Steelbook
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a collectible steelbook at a very affordable price. If you haven't seen either of the Kill Bill movies then this steelbook along with Kill Bill Volume 1 will make a worthy addition into your movie library, especially if you remember Black Belt Theater from years ago. Using the teaser poster art on both of the Kill Bill steelbooks was a good call. It makes both of the steelbooks much more appealing as opposed to their standard Blu-ray counterparts.

Bought for low price two. Complete Cut soon?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bride (Uma Thurman) picks up where she left off in volume one with her quest to finish the hit list she has composed of all of the people who have wronged her, including ex-boyfriend Bill (David Carradine), who tried to have her killed four years ago during her wedding to another man. Same as Volume 1. Unsure if the Complete Cut will be released soon or was just a marketing strategy. Worth it for owning both Vol. 1 & 2 together.
