I programmed reminders for my Dad for the times and what medicines to take at the different times. This has helped him be less forgetful with his medications and therefore helped reduce my stress level as his care giver. Hearing my voice is comfortable to him. Repeating the message over and over until he shuts it off by pushing down on it makes it easy to use and successful. Great device. My Dad doesn’t like tablets and smartphones but he is so comfortable with this item because it just looks like a normal clock.
