Expired digital code & messed up case
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Movie itself is fine and great but the case had damage to it. Best Buy purchase and the digital code expired in 2019 the entire reason I got it was to have a code & disc. They charge 3.99 shipping to get a damaged case & also no active digital code ?! Only options are to return I am fine to keep it but want my code

Wonderful Christian family movie!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I knew this story before it was even filmed, as it happened in the town I live in. The local paper covered the story and to their credit, included the Christian part of it, which, as it happens is the MAIN part of the story. All about a preteen girl who is seriously ill with little hope of a good outcome, and the effect it has on her family, especially her Mother, Jennifer Garner (who makes the best crying face in movies, and that's a compliment!). After so much time spent far away from Texas, living in the hospital, with her Father at home going into arrears and having to sell his new dream-job company, they decide to finally take the daughter home. That's where it really goes into overdrive. The daughter is talked by her older sister into climbing the old, rotten tree that they've played in all their lives. The girl falls through a hole down the center of the tree, and when she is rescued and taken to the hospital, the doctor informs her parents that the girl barely has a scratch and that's she completely healed of her disease! Their daughter reveals that when she was at the bottom of the tree's core, she went to Heaven and met Jesus who told her she would be healed when she returned. And so it happened. This story has been documented and her mother wrote a book from which the movie is based. There are a few differences, as is the norm when they "base" it on a true story, but the main heart of the story is intact and wonderfully told. Yes, you do have to sit through the first two-thirds of the story, watching the girl suffer, but it's totally worth it for the payoff. Even if you're not particularly religious, you'll probably enjoy this. I am a Christian so this was a must for me, plus I love Jennifer Garner, going way back to her "Alias" days on TV. Check it out, you'll probably love it.

A great movie that tugs at the heart.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Miracles from Heaven is a movie based on real happenings and it's quite a story. The movie deals through the first have with a medical condition that turns critical for a young girl. The onset and then fight to diagnose and then deal with the drama that ensues is accurately portrayed. If you have or know someone that has dealt with such a condition deeply moved and if you have not, it gives a heart rendering point of view at how hard this can be on families. You will need a tissue box when you watch this movie. The second half of this movie revolves around the miracle cure and the different reactions for those who are involved as well the community at large that welcome and or question how such an event could ever occur. A revelation that more than just a chance event had occurred, that literally heaven plays into the story is stunning. This is a roller coaster of a ride that constantly hits at every corner of ones emotions, a super movie that should not be missed. A spiritually moving story that shows God is active in this world in these times.

great movie
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This film shows that if you have faith then some great things will come. A little girl has some serious problems with her stomach. Doctors have said that she has issues with eating certain kinds of foods and acid reflex. But, the mom doesn't believe what the doctors have to say. At long last, a doctor tells her what is wrong with her daughter. A part of her digestion system isn't working. No known cure for it. A doctor told her to see a specialist. But, that specialist is taking too long to respond. So, the mom takes the girl to see the specialist without an appointment. Doctor agrees to see her. Treats the girl. But, the girl is still in pain. The little girl has a lot of faith. After getting treatment, the girl wants to go home. She misses her family. A freak accident happens when climbing up a tree. Girl lands on her head. Something strange happened after that accident. She saw Jesus and was told everything would be fine. She was healed and her digestion problem went away. Amazing!

Inspiring
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A gripping story. A mother is struggling with her faith, trying to understand why God would allow disease to set upon her child. A second tragedy involving the child brings the family to the breaking point. Understanding is reached at the end when a miracle occurs, inspiring those around them. Overall this is a good, well acted Christian movie.

BEAUTIFUL & INSPIRING
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This movie is absolutely beautiful! It is such an inspiring true story! Be sure to have the tissues ready! It reminds you that miracles still do happen! It reminds us that sometimes we can lose faith but we can have our faith restored even more! It shows that our faith can inspire others! It shows never to give up and not to let the opinions of people pull you down or make you lose your faith! Jennifer Garner was PHENOMENAL!!! I've watched it 4 or 5 times now! Definitely one for your home library and a great family film!
