Q: Does this work with Galaxy Note 8?
A: Yes and no. I have the Galaxy Note 8 and I just got this. It does not fit it is just slightly too big of a phone to fit by literally 1 to 2 millimeters. There is a cartridge that comes out you put your phone in and then slide the whole thing in. The phone is too big for the cartridge and the phone by itself is too small to fill the correct space w/o the cartilage. HOWEVER, you can take the cartridge out and not use it and instead, I used a tri shield case designed for this phone which is almost exactly the correct size of the cartridge you put your phone in. In other words im using a spare phone case that is the correct size for the space and it actually fits. I've been using that and the game works just fine. Basically any phone will work if you can get it to fit the smaller the phone the easier it fits but a phone that is too large will still technically work. The game only uses a small part of the phone screen anyway so a larger phone does not offer any advantage. Many people have asked this question including me so don't be discouraged I am using this phone with it and it works great but like I said it takes a little doing. I have the note 4 which fits perfectly but the power processor of the phone makes the game jittery so older phones aren't quite powerful enough to push the game correctly. Hope this helps.
Q: Will there be additional games added for this headset?
A: At this time they have only announced the included experiences saying they plan to add a multiplayer to the saber battle, but no other games were announced.
Q: is this an appropriate gift for a 7 year old boy?
A: The Star Wars Jedi Challenges in intended for people 13 years and older.
Q: Will it work with the iPhone SE? I don't see it on the list.
A: we are using an Iphone SE with it, and it is working fine!
Q: Does anyone know if the Samsung Galaxy S8 plus will be compatible in the near future??
A: At this point I would say no. They will have to make a bigger holder for that phone.
Q: Does it use wifi or can you have the wifi off?
A: The only time you will need an internet connection ( Wi-Fi) is when you set up the game with the" app" for the first time. The Star Wars Jedi Challenges does not need Wi-Fi to work.
Q: Is the Galaxy S10 compatible with the Star Wars: Jedi challenge?
A: I am answering this question even though the question is old, as the answer has changed. With a usb c to micro usb adapter (such as the shorter cord from the listing of STARTRC Durable Micro USB to Type C USB Cable for DJI Mavic Mini/ Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom/Mavic Air/Mavic Pro/Platinum/Spark Data Cable 2Pack at Amazon), it will work. The profile for the S10 plus and S10 are already part of the app.
A: Yes you can but the game will only be saved on one device meaning if you play on one phone then you use another phone. you will have to start the game over.
