⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars I am very happy with this Washing Roller Mop plus Auto-Cleaning Station. It saves me so much time and keeps my floors clean without much work from me. The auto-cleaning station is amazing I don’t have to touch dirty water, and it washes itself after each cleaning. The suction is strong, and the mopping is very effective. It also looks modern and stylish in my home. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality and time saved make it worth it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants an easy and smart way to keep their floors clean.

After 2 years battling Roborock S7 Ult Max's high-maintenance base (manual tank emptying + smelly mop pads), the Ecovacs X8 Pro Omni feels revolutionary! The smart corner-cleaning feature truly impresses - during turns, it extends the mop to reach every nook while maintaining full surface contact. This clever design ensures complete floor coverage without missing spots. With strong suction power and intelligent obstacle detection, it masters whole-home cleaning while avoiding furniture collisions.

This vacuum has truly changed the way I approach cleaning—it’s made everything so much more effortless and hands-free. It’s not only powerful, but also smart enough to clean efficiently and handle some of its own maintenance, which is a huge help during a busy week. After using it several times, I can confidently say it's been a solid investment. One small issue I noticed is that it struggles with a certain carpeted area and occasionally gets stuck, but setting a 'no-go zone' in the app solved that easily.

I’ve been using this vacuum for a few weeks, and it’s been a solid addition to the household—a great replacement for the older robot vacuum it’s taking over for. The new roller mop design is one of my favorite features. It hugs the wall closely along my baseboards and overall seems to clean my wood floors more effectively than my previous spinning mop vacuum. The dirty water it collects is always murky and gross. The first time I emptied the dirty water tank, I was honestly shocked that it pulled that off my floor. That said, the fact that the water looks that bad is kind of reassuring that it’s doing its job well. The vacuum function is definitely on the louder side. In fact much louder than I was expecting, or than my old bot, but with that loudness, it seems to be doing more actual work and picking up more debris. After each run, the dustbin is full of dog hair, and I’ve found I’m able to go longer between manual “deep cleans” with my stick vacuum than before. Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about the “ZeroTangle” brush, but I haven’t had to deal with any hair tangles yet. I’m used to pulling out the brush and cutting away a mess of hair every few runs, and so far that hasn’t been an issue. The self-cleaning mop feature is super convenient, and the robot does a good job navigating around our busy home, even with the usual obstacles that come from having three teens. The app is straightforward, and I’ve been able to set up scheduling and room-specific cleaning with no hassle. I also love that this vacuum has Matter built in, so I’ve been able to integrate it into my smart home using Apple HomeKit. I can see the status or send it out on a cleaning run straight from HomeKit, which is where I already manage most of my smart devices. While it’s not perfect, the X8 Pro Omni has been an excellent upgrade from my aging robot vacuum, a smart addition to my home setup, and has definitely made keeping the house clean easier.
