My question is: Do I create a new account in her name, or do I login with my email? I would like to be able to control what she has access to. I have a 9 year old and had to set up her own Google email to allow her to use it and get the benefits of having this. You'll have her password and log in and you can always look into her history of websites visited and sent emails by logging into her Gmail account. Hope this helps.

You will then know her password and can monitor her emails and browsing history by logging in to your own Chromebook using her name and password. She will NOT be able to do the same for your accounts (if she doesn't know your password).

The boys can go into theirs and I have all the names and passwords. They don't have mine. Bottom left on the screen has preset buttons if you have the touch screen to get started. There's an online tutorial you have to sign into instead of a paper manual. Hope this helps!

I would recommend this. You can configure many aspects of what she can see, who can contact her, and what videos on Youtube etc., you can also have the ability to have an email of the account activity sent to you monthly which is helpful to make sure nobody has altered any settings etc.
