• A:Answer The keyboard is RGB and you can change color zones using the Predator Sense utility that comes on the laptop. Data transfer is not something Acer offers, but you can check with Best Buy to see if they offer this service. While Acer does not test third party software we would recommend you check that the computer meets the system requirements of the application/game to determine if it will work. You can also visit the Acer Community forum where there are many posters that offer gaming and product advice on Acer products as well. That link is https://community.acer.com/en.

Q: QuestionDoes it come with the over-voltage micro code patch? Also, are the CPU specs and benchmarks post or pre micro code patch? I have been trying to avoid 13th and 14th Gen intel CPUs due to this over-voltage issue
