A:AnswerHello Salg! Thank you so much for your question regarding where to find the Amazon AppStore. It comes predownloaded on the Fire 7 home screen and is labeled as Appstore. You can also add content to a child's profile through the Parent Dashboard. Below are the steps to manage this as well.
To add content to your Child Profile on a Fire Tablet, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Parent Dashboard
2. Navigate to the child profile you wish to manage and select Settings.
3. Select Add content.
4. Select the desired content category using the tabs above the list of content.
5. Add or remove content by toggling the switch next to them.
I hope this answers your question. Have a great day!
A:AnswerHi Salsero,
You could either use the Alexa app on her device and your device to do a video call, or you could get an echo show 5 and she could call that using the Alexa app as well. You would need to give her a contact list and phone #'s in the Alexa app in order to make calls, and she would need an adults phone number attached to the app that is different than yours to make this feature work.
To call using the Alexa App do the following:
1. open the Alexa app
2. choose the icon for communicate on the bottom of the app (looks like a speech bubble)
3. choose contacts icon in top right of the app (looks like a person)
4. select your contact you would like to call
5. chose phone, video or message for your desired communication type.
Hope this info helps. Have a good day.

A:AnswerHello BigLu! And thank you for your question regarding WhatsApp availability on the Fire 7 Kids Edition. Currently, WhatsApp is not available for download on the Amazon AppStore and so would not be available on the Fire 7 at this time. Thank you so much for your time and I hope you have a great day!
A:AnswerHello and thank you so much for the question regarding YouTube on the Fire 7. Currently, the YouTube Kids app is not available on the Amazon AppStore so the current version is the standard YouTube app. There is a plethora of additional customizable kids content on the Fire 7 Kids Edition, however and even comes with a year subscription to Kids+. I hope this answers your question and that you have a great day!
A:AnswerHi Girlmom,
That depends on the age group that you enter when you set up the tablet. There are a lot of educational games and apps and content that is loaded based on the grade range you pick when you set it up. You can read more about the content for Amazon Kids Plus on their site and it will give you info based on grade. That may be an easier way to figure those specifics out. Hope this info helps. Have a great day.
A:AnswerHi Samantha,
The case is made of rubber. But if you mean does it cover all of the holes and ports in the tablet to make the tablet waterproof, then no, it does not. It just acts as a bumper, it does not have a screen cover and covers for the audio and charging port, or the volume and power buttons. Hope this info helps. Have a great day.
A:AnswerHi quest,
The Amazon Fire Tablets do not have the Google play store, as they have their own Android based operating system, and they have their own App store for your to download from. I hope this info helps.
