A:Answer Sort of.. because the only way it's paired is if you put it on the same radio station as what is listed on the Bluetooth receiver. So if you got a call, you'd have to change the radio station to those numbers. For instance, I have ours on a dedicated channel of 107.5. I also have that set on my car radio as a preset. It's easy enough to have it paired, then change channels, then if you get a phone call, just switch it to the same numbers. In my instance, 107.5..
