- Answer Yes, this model comes with 1 x upstream USB port. The upstream port is used to connect the monitor to the computer.

QuestionA friend of mine have just bought this monitor. When he connected to the hdmi port it will turn off after few seconds. With VGA it works normally. We have tried this monitor on another pc, but it have the same behaviour. Faulty monitor?

QuestionI can't get the microphone to work, and I've notice something odd. The digital volume control on the monitor goes up and down by itself, randomly! After turning mute to "off", it goes back to the "on" position instantly. It's like it's playing with me!

- Answer I initially had the same problem. I had to go to my pc to enable it. If you download the manual, it will explain how to do so.
