- Answer A resolution of 5120x1440 on USB-C will work and a refresh rate of 60hz is easily obtainable. Pushing higher refresh rates will depend on your HDMI/DisplayPort's cable specs, but it is possible.

- Answer Yes. The specs of the internal monitor matters when using one, not the laptop screen refresh rate. It depends on if your CPU/GPU can drive the monitor to it's limit, which this beast of a computer can easily do 240HZ. I was getting near 300fps on ultra settings in Overwatch 2 on a 27" 1440P curved IPS monitor

- Answer It runs at a TDP of 145w but can run up to 160w with AMD smart shift. It’s like AMD’a version of dynamic boost.

- Answer No, it doesn't cause any problems, the laptop will still bootup if the ingrated AMD graphics controller was disabled in the Device Manager.

QuestionAre these new batches or older ones going to $1100 ,and is the slow Ram and Mux switch also fixed ? How well has the Q/C improved because I see allot of bad reviews on this one which makes me worried I'll end up with a broken laptop.

- Answer No mux switch, but you can use an external monitor with USB-C connection to use the dedicated GPU directly. Yes, the RAM can be upgraded up to 32GB (Officially) or 64GB (Reported by other users)

- Answer The soldered or onboard RAM is an OEM brand sepcifically for the ASUS laptop. The SSD is an Intel 512GB M.2 2280 NVMe, it is not a slow speed storage device.

- Answer Hi! AMD just announced the latest Laptop CPUs and GPUs, along with saying that they will be giving a minor upgrade to any new 6000m series graphic card in the future. One being the 6800m so to answer your question, The same article I got this from stated that 20 or so models should be ready for retail by February 2022. Hopefully at least 1-3 are 6800m models, but I like this one, and given they said all GPUs moving forward and this is a laptop that has yet to release, I'm going to hedge my bets that this should be a rather awesome budget high gaming laptop
