that hissing noise is part of the noise cancellation, you can double click the power button that would switch from noise cancellation to no hissing

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That slight "hissing" is from the noise cancelling feature which every NC set has. You can turn it off by pressing twice on the power button. Hope this helps!
