A:Answer You would need a device to connect to the charging point of the phone that could turn it into a hdmi signal to connect to the pc, which would probably let you do it, i know new samsungs have dex mode which turns the phone to a mini pc when plugged in to a screen. I think windows has a feature as well narively built in the operating system. Wouldnt be up to monitor but the phone and operating system.
