- Answer Natively no.. you can use thing slike IFTTT app to have it turn on and off, but it does not natively hook into google home.

- Answer Comlicated answer, it depends on a lot of things including interference, walls, ect.. that affect ALL wireless devices. I have the doorbel about 8ft from my module and it works great, I also have a blink camera outside my house a good 40ft away and it works as well. Things like Metal Walls, high Energy devices, ect.. can affect your quality so it's hard to give a good estimate.

- Answer Ours has survived 2 snow storms so far lol. Seems good. I had a Ring doorbell that got wet and died on me so this is a great improvement.

QuestionI want to set my home up with an entire Blink security camera system, with the 5 indoor camera pack, the doorbell, and one exterior camera with floodlight. Will the doorbell work and synch up with the other cameras on one Synch 2 device?

QuestionI purchased the Blink doorbell and faced a challenge with the wires when tried to mount the doorbell. There is no opening behind the doorbell to properly secure/hide the wires and the marrets supplied. Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thank you

- Answer If you don't have a good option for hiding the wires you have a couple options: Use the batteries Lithium batteries shoudl give you a year or so before replacement Drill a hole into your home and use something like Raceway conduit to hide the wires going a plugins or the like to make power available. I would suggest simply using batteries instead though, as they are easy to replace, last a while, and warn you when they are low.

- Answer The box comes with a backplate and the camera. You screw in the backplate and snap on the camera easy peasy. if you take the camera apart you risk not only damaging it, but opening it up to environmental damage as well as voiding the warranty.

- Answer My phone makes a sound when someone rings it and I have motion detection that i setup for the hours that were not home or when were asleep. If you have having latency issues you might consider relocation your Router or the Blink module in your home to make sure everything is in range or possible a range extender for your Wifi. If you have the old blink module there is a newer version that might help as well.

- Answer Nope. Only 2.4g. Do yourself a favor and pass on blink. Horrendously slow. False sense of security. I wish someone would have told me before I spent over $600 on the equipment.

- Answer The Blink doorbell uses the battery to power the device. The house wiring is only for the house chime, not power.

- Answer Nothing else, unless you do not want monthly service you can purchase the sync module to store footage and give you better range too
