Q: QuestionI have a fridge opening under the cabinets of 71.5 so is the box also 72 inches tall or is it the door hinges that make it that tall?

• A:Answer The fridge box will fit under your 71.5" cabinet - it will be tight. I assume the fridge door (72") will be sticking out from the cabinet space (see picture).

Q: QuestionI can hear a rattling sound coming from under the freezer. Every 10 minutes or so it gets so loud I can hear it from about 30 feet away. The Bosch technician that came to inspect it said this is normal! Is that really normal for a Bosch fridge?

• A:Answer The only noise I ever hear from my Bosch is the ice maker, and that is not very much. I love the refrigerator. What I hate are servicemen that can’t figure out what’s wrong, so they say “It’s supposed to do that!” or “That’s normal”. It isn’t!!

• A:Answer The right hand drawer can open fully with just that door open. The left hand drawer is blocked by the mechanism on the right hand door that seals the fridge. Therefore you need to pen both doors to access. Obviously the deli drawer requires both doors open. The doors will stay open when you fully open the doors. Overall it’s a great fridge. Way better than the similar counter depth fridges.

• A:Answer Hi Luna. Thank you for your question. The 800 Series French Door Refrigerator, Model #B36CT80SNS does include a packaged water filter. Per the Use and Care Guide: Once the refrigerator has been connected or a new water filter has been installed, there will be air in the water circuit. Keep dispensing water until it contains no more bubbles. Wipe splashes dry with a soft cloth. For hygiene reasons, dispense water for 5 minutes and discard.

Q: QuestionHow much space do I need on either side of the French doors to be able to fully open them? I have a 42” wide space to put this fridge and am worried I won’t be able to open the French doors all the way.

• A:Answer We never really fully open it, and that isn't a problem. But to open all the way, we have a total of a 2 1/2" gap between the fridge and the sides. You really don't need very much room to access the entire fridge easily.
