Q: QuestionDoes it come with ink in the tanks? Just took mine out of the box, printer heads were already installed despite instructions telling me how to install them and tanks already had ink despite instructions telling me how to fill them and ink bottles empty

• A:Answer You got a use printer not new. The print heads should not be installed and the ink tanks should not have ink in them. I would take it back for a brand new one in a sealed box.
