QuestionI did a nozzle cleaning as the magenta will not work. I tried a cleaning and a deep cleaning several times without success. I really don't want to use the ink flush to open the magenta up. Is there something else I can try before doing the ink flush?

- Answer You got a use printer not new. The print heads should not be installed and the ink tanks should not have ink in them. I would take it back for a brand new one in a sealed box.
