- Answer I would do a maintenance full clean. Go to your setting, click on maintenance, and run all of them. Otherwise, go to the Epson website and look for troubleshooting.

- Answer It can be used as a sublimation printer but must be didicated to that purpose only. Can't use back and forth from that to regular print.

- Answer The unit has both a “line” jack and a “handset” jack. You can plug a phone line into it, and a standard phone as well. I’ve already faxed documents with mine, and the process works easily. Do make sure you set the fax’s date and time, or you get fax reports with “January 1” instead of the real date.

QuestionDoes it have a USB port so that I can copy a document to a USB drive? I need to be able to remove the drive and insert it into my computer such that the file becomes a PDF for emailing. Does it do this?

- Answer No. The printer has a USB-B port so you can connect it via USB to your computer, but not a USB-A port that you could connect a USB flash drive to. However, the printer drivers do allow you to scan to the computer, including in PDF format, and you can then convert the document to any format you might need.

- Answer It will print DVD/CD labels, but directly onto the DVD/CD media. I think this is not an issue, since printable media tends to be more expensive than (and not necessarily as good as) regular media.
