The battery in this UPS will typically last about 3–5 years under normal use. Battery life can vary depending on temperature, how often the unit switches to battery power, and how heavily the UPS is loaded.
The battery should be replaced or serviced when the unit no longer provides expected runtime, fails a self-test, gives a replace-battery warning/alarm, or will not hold a charge properly.
For this model, the internal battery is not considered user-replaceable, so if the battery is worn out we recommend contacting CyberPower support for replacement options.
